7月13日，榮安集團(tuán)在東錢湖錢湖賓館召開(kāi)2019半年度經(jīng)營(yíng)工作會(huì)議。榮安集團(tuán)及下屬子公司中高層人員參加會(huì)議。榮安集團(tuán)董事長(zhǎng)王久芳、榮安地產(chǎn)總經(jīng)理王叢瑋及其他高管出席會(huì)議。
會(huì)上，地產(chǎn)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)管控部首先向大會(huì)作《榮安地產(chǎn)2019上半年度完成分析報(bào)告》。報(bào)告顯示，上半年公司以戰(zhàn)略為指導(dǎo)，以組織變革為支撐，以權(quán)責(zé)流程變革為保障，同時(shí)借助于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)、信息化建設(shè)，確保了公司年度經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃目標(biāo)的達(dá)成；下半年，公司將持續(xù)推進(jìn)組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化，完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模和利潤(rùn)平衡，繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持城市深耕，把市場(chǎng)做熟做透。
隨后，榮安地產(chǎn)公司財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)鄭偉紅做《公司項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)工作報(bào)告》。榮安地產(chǎn)各城市公司、天苑建設(shè)、物業(yè)公司負(fù)責(zé)人在會(huì)上分別作《2019上半年度工作總結(jié)報(bào)告》，總結(jié)2019年上半年各項(xiàng)工作的完成情況，并分享項(xiàng)目的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)工作失誤及教訓(xùn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。榮安地產(chǎn)總經(jīng)理王叢瑋認(rèn)真聽(tīng)取報(bào)告，并就工作中的重難點(diǎn)予以點(diǎn)評(píng)，對(duì)下半年工作提出具體要求。
王久芳董事長(zhǎng)會(huì)上對(duì)上半年榮安取得的驕人業(yè)績(jī)表示充分肯定，并發(fā)表重要講話，就2018提出的榮安五年戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，從實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑、城市研究、組織架構(gòu)、人才機(jī)制、投資策略等方面進(jìn)行深刻解析，為五年戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)指明了方向。
